Welcome to T-Shirt Cravers. These Terms explain the rules for using our website and purchasing our made-to-order graphic apparel. Orders may be completed through Etsy or, where applicable, our WooCommerce storefront. The storefront you use may have additional checkout and purchase terms. This website is operated by T-Shirt Cravers, LLC, a U.S.-based online apparel business offering made-to-order, print-on-demand graphic t-shirts and hoodies through our Music, Faith, Coffee, and other collections.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order or use this website independently.

If you are under 18, you may use the website only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. By using the website, you represent that you meet these requirements or have the required parental or guardian permission.

3. Using This Website

You may use this website to learn about T-Shirt Cravers, browse our products and collections, and follow links to our storefronts.

You agree to use the website lawfully and respectfully. You may not:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right;
• Interfere with or disrupt the website or its security;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, its systems, or another person's account or information;
• Use another person's identity, payment information, or personal information without authorization;
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful material;
• Scrape, copy, reproduce, or commercially exploit website content without permission;
• Use the website in a deceptive, fraudulent, harmful, abusive, defamatory, or infringing manner; or

4. Orders and Storefronts

Orders are placed and paid for through our Etsy storefront and, where applicable, our WooCommerce storefront. The WooCommerce storefront may not be available at all times or may not yet be active.

A purchase is also governed by the terms, policies, payment rules, and checkout procedures of the storefront you use. Etsy or the applicable WooCommerce payment provider handles the relevant checkout and payment process.

An order confirmation does not necessarily mean that an order has been accepted. We may refuse, cancel, or limit an order before fulfillment for legitimate reasons, including:

• A pricing, product description, or listing error;
• Product unavailability;
• A suspected fraudulent, unauthorized, or unlawful transaction;
• A suspected violation of these Terms or applicable storefront rules;
• A shipping or billing problem;
• An apparent resale or commercial-ordering restriction; or
• Any other circumstance permitted by applicable law.

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will seek to arrange a refund through the applicable storefront or payment provider.

5. Pricing, Product Information, and Availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, images, colors, sizing information, prices, and availability accurate. However, colors may appear differently depending on your device, and minor variations may occur because products are printed and fulfilled on demand.

Prices, product details, discount offers, and availability may change at any time without notice. A product may become unavailable before an order is completed.

If we discover a material pricing or listing error, we may cancel the affected order and refund any payment made for that order.

6. Made-to-Order Products and Fulfillment

Our products are generally made to order. Printify is our print-on-demand fulfillment partner and may print and ship products on our behalf.

Production and delivery estimates are not guarantees. Fulfillment and delivery may be affected by factors outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, weather, supply shortages, customs processing, incorrect addresses, or other events beyond our control.

7. Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

Returns, replacements, refunds, cancellations, and related remedies are governed by our Return Policy (/returns), as updated from time to time.

Nothing in these Terms or the Return Policy is intended to limit or waive any consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

8. Discount Codes and Promotional Offers

Discount codes, including CRAVE20 and CRAVE10, are subject to the specific terms displayed with the applicable offer.

Unless an offer states otherwise:

• A code may be used only as permitted by the offer terms and only once per customer if the applicable storefront can enforce that restriction;
• Codes may not be combined with other offers;
• Codes have no cash value and are not redeemable for cash;
• Codes may not be resold, transferred, or used for unauthorized commercial purposes;
• Codes may expire or be withdrawn without notice;
• Codes may not apply to taxes, shipping, or excluded products unless expressly stated; and
• We may refuse or cancel a discount that is used in violation of its terms or as a result of an error, fraud, or unauthorized activity.

The terms displayed with a particular promotional offer control if they conflict with this section.

9. Our Artwork, Brand, and Intellectual Property

The T-Shirt Cravers name, logos, trademarks, brand elements, artwork, graphics, product designs, photographs, written content, website design, and other materials are owned by T-Shirt Cravers, LLC or are used with permission.

Except as expressly permitted by law or with our prior written permission, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, display, sell, license, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit our intellectual property.

Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of or a license to our intellectual property, except for the limited right to access and use the website for personal, lawful purposes.

10. User Content and Reviews

If the website or an applicable storefront allows you to submit reviews, comments, photographs, testimonials, designs, or other content, you retain ownership of content that you own.

By submitting content, you grant T-Shirt Cravers, LLC a worldwide, nonexclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, display, publish, distribute, modify for formatting, and use that content in connection with operating, promoting, and improving our business and products. This license continues for as long as necessary for those purposes, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy (/privacy).

You represent that:

• You own the content or have all necessary rights and permissions to submit and license it;
• The content does not infringe or violate another person's intellectual property, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights;
• The content is not unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, threatening, hateful, obscene, abusive, or harmful; and
• The content does not contain malware, unsolicited advertising, or other harmful code or material.

We may, but are not required to, review, refuse, edit, restrict, or remove user content that we believe violates these Terms or applicable law.

11. Electronic Communications and Records

When you contact us, place an order, submit content, or otherwise communicate with us electronically, you consent to receive electronic communications from us, including order confirmations, service messages, policy updates, and other notices.

You agree that electronic notices, disclosures, records, agreements, and signatures may satisfy any legal requirement that the communication be in writing, to the extent permitted by law. You may withdraw consent to electronic communications by contacting us, but doing so may affect our ability to provide certain services or process an order.

Marketing emails are governed by the preferences and unsubscribe options described in our Privacy Policy (/privacy).

12. Third-Party Services and Links

The website may link to or connect with third-party services, including Etsy, WooCommerce, Printify, payment providers, delivery carriers, social media platforms, and other websites or services.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control and are not responsible for the availability, content, security, policies, or practices of third-party services.

Where applicable, purchases made through Etsy or WooCommerce are also governed by the terms, policies, and checkout rules of the storefront and payment provider used for the transaction.

13. Warranty Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, T-Shirt Cravers, LLC disclaims implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

• The website will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free;
• Product information will always be complete, current, or free from errors;
• Products will be available at all times;
• Delivery estimates will be met; or
• The website or its servers will be free from viruses or other harmful components.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any warranty, condition, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, T-Shirt Cravers, LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, agents, suppliers, fulfillment partners, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, data, or anticipated savings, arising out of or relating to:

• Your use of or inability to use the website;
• An order, product, delivery, return, replacement, or refund;
• A third-party storefront, payment provider, fulfillment provider, or carrier;
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of information;
• Website interruptions, errors, or security incidents; or
• These Terms,

even if we were advised that such damages were possible.

For a claim arising from a specific product order, our total aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim, excluding taxes, shipping charges, and amounts refunded to you.

For a claim that does not arise from a specific product order, our total aggregate liability will not exceed $100, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or other liability that applicable law prohibits us from limiting.

15. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless T-Shirt Cravers, LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, agents, suppliers, fulfillment partners, and service providers from and against claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, judgments, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or relating to:

• Your violation of these Terms;
• Your misuse of the website;
• Your violation of applicable law or a third party's rights;
• Content you submit, including a claim that your content infringes or misappropriates another person's intellectual property rights; or
• Your fraud, negligence, or willful misconduct.

We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification. You agree to cooperate with our defense of such claims.

16. DMCA and Intellectual Property Takedown Notices

T-Shirt Cravers, LLC respects intellectual property rights. If you believe that material available through the website infringes your copyright, you may send a written notice to our designated DMCA contact:

A notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act should include:

2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are covered;
3. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient for us to locate it, such as a direct URL;
4. Information reasonably sufficient to contact the complaining party, including a name, address, telephone number, and email address if available;
5. A statement that the complaining party has a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, the owner's agent, or the law; and
6. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

If material is removed or disabled because of a valid DMCA notice, the affected person may submit a written counter-notification to the same designated agent. A counter-notification should include:

1. A physical or electronic signature;
2. Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal or disabling;
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that the affected person has a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification;
4. The affected person's name, address, and telephone number;
5. A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in the district where the person's address is located, or, if the person is outside the United States, consent to the jurisdiction of any federal district court in which T-Shirt Cravers, LLC may be found; and
6. A statement that the affected person will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice or that person's agent.

We may forward a valid counter-notification to the original complaining party and may restore material in accordance with applicable law. Knowingly submitting materially false statements in a DMCA notice or counter-notification may result in legal liability.

17. Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at any time before fulfillment where permitted by law, including when:

• A product or price was listed incorrectly;
• A product is unavailable;
• We suspect fraud, unauthorized payment, abuse of a promotion, or other unlawful activity;
• An order appears intended for unauthorized resale;
• The shipping or billing information is incomplete or cannot be verified;
• The order violates these Terms or the applicable storefront's rules; or
• A technical or administrative error affects the order.

If we cancel an order after payment, the applicable storefront or payment provider will process a refund to the original payment method, subject to its procedures.

18. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the website, or an order will be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York State, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

Nothing in this section prevents a consumer from asserting rights or bringing a claim in a forum where applicable law gives that consumer the right to do so.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as our website, products, storefronts, services, or legal obligations change.

The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of the website after an update means that you accept the revised Terms.

20. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

21. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy (/privacy), Return Policy (/returns), Shipping Policy (/shipping), applicable promotional terms, and any additional terms presented during checkout, form the entire agreement between you and T-Shirt Cravers, LLC regarding your use of the website and related purchases.

If these Terms conflict with mandatory provisions of an applicable storefront's terms or with non-waivable consumer rights, the mandatory or controlling provision will apply to the extent of the conflict.

22. Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.

We may assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, without your consent in connection with a merger, sale, reorganization, financing, change of control, or transfer of all or part of our business or assets.

23. No Waiver

If we do not enforce a provision of these Terms immediately, that does not waive our right to enforce it later. A waiver is effective only if made in writing by an authorized representative of T-Shirt Cravers, LLC.

24. No Agency or Partnership

These Terms do not create a partnership, joint venture, employment, agency, franchise, or fiduciary relationship between you and T-Shirt Cravers, LLC.
